A few people on Instagram have started a Tatty Devine challenge. We are meeting in two months for a Tatty Devine workshop, and someone suggested trying to wear every piece in our collections, with no repeats, in the two months leading up to the workshop.
This is day 1! You can see everyone’s efforts on #tattychallenge on Instagram and Twitter!

Yesterday mummy Ball and I went to Brick Lane’s infamous jewellery store Tatty Devine for a workshop on how to make one of their acrylic bunting necklaces. Being a crafty pair this was right up our street so when I saw the workshop advertised on TDs Facebook I just had to book it. The ‘crafternoon’ exceeded expectations with both staff members Hanni and Becky being welcoming from the moment we walked in and a cute personal touch of unlimited fruit juice, tea, coffee and chocolate biscuits! There were only 9 of us which in my opinion was a perfect number. We had good chatter with all the girls and found out more about the Tatty Devine make which was very interesting indeed. So for just £35 we had a few hours fun, learnt some new things and ended up with a cute bunting necklace each! I went for random pastels and glitters and after changing her mind a few times mummy Ball went for rainbow! All in all a colourful afternoon and fun had by all!
So this is cool:
UK jewelry designer tattydevine has designed a special edition Fangirl necklace to coincide with my July tour. You can order it on the Tatty Devine site — they ship outside of the UK — and you can win an extra special sparkly one by coming to my UK events. Details here.
We don’t have Tatty Devine in the U.S., so I went a bit crazy on their site. I’ve always wanted a name necklace …
